The spiral shaped 'Maison des Fondateurs' of Swiss luxury watchmaker Audemars Piguet has been designed by BIG architects. The iconic cutting edge glass pavilion is an extension to the company headquarters in Le Brassus, near Geneva. The museum’s scenography, conceived by ATELIER BRÜCKNER, shows the milestones of the brand’s development and the related technical innovations as well as the design process: Starting from the origins of watch making in the Vallée de Joux, passing over the escapements and the complications by putting emphasis on the Royal Oak series.
