YOUR TASKS:

Leading and coordinating project management activities for complex museum and exhibition projects, including client management, project organisation, deliverables management, and project development coordination | Coordinating planning packages and managing interfaces between internal and external project stakeholders | Supervising the detailed design process from schematic design through tender documentation | Holistic planning of object-driven exhibition projects, including showcase design, interior fit-out, graphics, lighting, media design, and technical integration | Collaborating within interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating specialist consultants and external partners | Managing communication and correspondence with clients and project stakeholders | Ensuring quality management, including schedule and cost control

YOUR PROFILE:

University degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Scenography | Minimum 8 years of professional experience in exhibition design and project delivery for national and international projects | Project management experience and strong leadership capabilities | Excellent design, planning, presentation, and communication skills, combined with a solid technical understanding | Proficiency in Vectorworks (Mac), Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools | Fluent English language skills; additional language skills are an advantage | Strong negotiation, organisational, and communication skills | Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships | Highly motivated, resilient, reliable, and willing to travel internationally
