The feasibility study for the redesign of the "Stalag 326 Memorial Site" has been completed. The scope of the feasibility study ranges from an analysis of the visitor potential to the operating concept. It includes, among other things, the narrative and design concept of the exhibition, a volume study, marketing strategies, cost analysis and a time- and measures plan.
