Yesterday, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Forum Deutsche Sprache in Mannheim marked the official start of construction. The event brought together representatives from science, politics, and culture to celebrate the beginning of a unique project dedicated to dialogue and exchange, highlighting language as a key force that connects society.

ATELIER BRÜCKNER is involved in the project from the outset, developing the exhibition in close collaboration with the Leibniz-Institut für Deutsche Sprache. The future Forum will combine museum, science center, and public forum in one, creating an interactive space where visitors can explore the diversity and impact of language.

Housed in a building designed by HENN, the Forum Deutsche Sprache is scheduled to open in 2028.
