The Grand Egyptian Museum's children's museum brings the world of Ancient Egypt to life for children. In the central themed gallery, large-format frames transform the iconic imagery of antiquity into walk-through 3D scenes about land, royalty, community, faith and knowledge. Children discover figures, houses and objects, play historical games and explore everyday life.
Interactive media - from haptic stations to projections and digital tools - invite them to explore: they virtually light the lighthouse of Alexandria, move around in the Walk like an Egyptian game or uncover excavation sites. In addition, Nile and Desert Classrooms create immersive learning environments that playfully deepen the museum visit.
