Fascinated by the fossil world: The Urweltmuseum Hauff in Holzmaden is the largest private museum of natural history in Germany. It houses spectacular fossil finds – unique witnesses of evolution. A new building complements the already existing exhibition and allows to represent the underwater world of the Jurassic Sea over 2,000 square meters. Realistically staged dioramas allow visitors to immerse into the fascinating period 180 million years ago.
