In the newly designed visitor centre of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) a 240-degree film projection greets the visitors. It arouses their curiosity about NRW and its political structure. From the perspective of a delegate, they can observe the multi-faceted process of legislation. Eight media stations provide additional information. When visitors touch the back-lit plexiglass sculptures or special buttons, animated graphic film sequences appear. During the week the visitor service offers guided tours. They can use the panoramic screen in order to project supportive information. The media stations are then sunk into the floor.
