The listed Neuenmarkt railway station has been revitalised and now offers a foyer, catering facilities, apartments and seminar units. The historic 19th-century ensemble of station building, social building and goods shed has been carefully renovated and modernised. It serves as a calling card for the community and introduces visitors to the German Steam Locomotive Museum on the other side of the tracks.
